Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

All SoCute Jewels  pieces are carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you have received a damaged piece you can return it for an exchange and we will send you a new piece. In order to exchange and item you must contact us via e-mail within 7 days of the delivery date. Email must contain your name, phone number, email address, date you received the item and reason for the return. We will reply to you with the return instructions. If you have any questions you can contact us by email.   

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
